Each project begins with our free consultation.Whether in person or online, a conversation surrounding the needs/wants of the project, budget, contractor/build team, and other important topics will be discussed. Measurements can be taken by our team or provided to us; leading us to the next steps.
Our next meeting is when we will present our design concept and discuss the budgets set aside for finishing materials. You will receive some further pricing on fees and with a commitment to move forward, we move onto the design phase.
During this phase, the project becomes truly personal! Drawings of the space will be presented, and the selection of materials will be analyzed until the specification package is complete! Pricing of materials and labour will be provided during this phase to ensure the vision and budget align before invoicing.
Your design team and contractor will meet on site to review the plan and double check measurements. From there, we take on the task of ordering, scheduling, and managing the project while working alongside your contractor until the project is complete.
